Andy Murray

by ysevaMay 30, 2015

Andy Murray did what seemed the impossible by ending Britain’s 76-year wait for a Men’s Singles champion at Wimbledon. Andy Murray had reached the semi-finals for the three successive years and then in 2012 reached the final but was beaten by the talented Roger Federer.

All this changed in 2013 however, when Andy Murray became the Wimbledon Champion. Murray went on to win Gold at the London Olympics and he is the reigning US Open champion. He has recently announced a new coach (departing from Ivan Lendl), Amelie Mauresmo and he and the nation will be hoping she can coach him to become the Champion at Wimbledon 2015!
